I'll start from my application date. I applied to IBM from the NXTwave CCBP program at IB hubs.

There were four rounds:

• Coding Assessment
• Cognitive Ability Assessment
• English Language Test
• Interviews

Fifteen days after my application, I received the online coding assessment link. It contained only one question, which was easy.

Five days after the coding assessment, I received the Cognitive Ability Assessment. Its difficulty level was medium.

Just one day after the Cognitive Ability Assessment, I received the English Assessment link. It was super easy.

Fifteen days after the English Assessment, I received the Technical Interview link. That email looked very professional.

Twenty-one days after the technical interview, I got an email regarding background document verification. I had almost lost hope, so I was happy to receive this email.

Twenty days later, I received the offer letter, with a joining date ten days after that. (Obviously, I accepted the offer.)

I joined the company. For the first ten days, they told us about IBM.

After that, training started and continued for 28 days. They also provided a 25k bonus for joining.

We had assessments after training. We had two assessments: manual and automation.

They provide at most three chances. You must pass the exams to remain with the company; otherwise, they will terminate your employment.

I passed both exams, and my project is about to start.
