I joined as a graduate hire. There were a couple of rounds conducted.
First was a written test, followed by an English test, followed by a group discussion, and finally an HR round. These tests were conducted over two days.

Cons: It’s difficult to get a promotion on the short or medium term. Since 2022, you have to get a certification (thesis) in order to apply for a promotion.
