Pros: 1. Unlimited Work From Home
2. Unlimited Sick Leaves
3. If you are lucky to get into a good project, then good learning will take place.
4. Access to unlimited classroom trainings
5. Good work-life balance, so I would recommend it for married working ladies. It will be very easy for them to manage.
Cons: 1. Most of the projects are not good from a learning point of view until you are in a high position.
2. Testers won't gain anything from it, because they only get a chance to do UI testing. There is no access to the back-end and hence zero skill development.
3. Micromanagement is very common in most of the projects.
4. Salary hikes are very low, as low as 0.5%, or sometimes there are no hikes.
