The interview process was smooth. I was selected through an IBM referral off-drive.
It involved four rounds:
- Online aptitude test
- Group discussion
- Technical
- HR
The entire day was taken, but by the end of the day, they confirmed my selection.
I joined and worked there for around 4 years.
Joining occurred within 15 days.
There were 2 months of training for the testing role.
