Good, they covered all parts of testing, including the process followed and methodologies used. The receiving and response were good. However, the salary was less compared to the market. It's a good place to work. I went through two rounds: the first was telephonic, and the second was face-to-face.

Pros: 1. Flexible timing.
2. Job guarantee.
3. Work-from-home option is available.
4. If you want to settle in one company at last, then IBM is the company for you.
5. Good for women employees.
Cons: 1. Very, very low salary, especially for QA professionals.
2. You should be good at buttering up managers to get a hike; otherwise, zero percent hike.
3. You will never know who your HR is; everything is through the manager.
4. If you join as a fresher at IBM, switch immediately after 2.5 years because there won't be much of a hike. It will be like 2%, 5%, maybe 8% at most. That's all. Sometimes you won't get a hike at all.
5. Not much recognition for technically skilled people. Buttering people will get more of a hike than technical persons.
