Pros: It's a great place to build your career along with work-life balance.
There are great learning opportunities, and IBM has many products as well if you are looking to work in a product-based organization. In terms of services, it has many opportunities, as IBM is associated with all the top-level sectors as well as organizations globally.
Innovation and thinking are two important parameters here.
Cons: I don't see anything yet, apart from the cafeteria issue, in my Kolkata (India) location.
After 7:30 PM IST, cafeteria service closes, and there's no automatic coffee vending machine at my work location.
This issue is not present in other cities; at least, I haven't seen it in the Bangalore location.
