The IBM recruitment team contacted me for a position, and a face-to-face interview was scheduled for a weekend. There were batches for various positions, and the recruitment team managed things smoothly.
There were two interviewers. The main topics were HTML5 and AngularJS, according to my skillset. The questions were relatively easy, the standard ones anyone can find on Google. Questions were fired from the very start, indicating a hurry to somehow get it over with. However, the interviewers didn't seem to understand the core concepts. They appeared to be sticking with old practices and weren't open to any suggested alternative approaches. The tone of the interviewers became rude as it proceeded, and they seemed to be in a rush.
The recruiter told me that if selected, I would be contacted within three days, and a Skype interview with the onshore manager would be scheduled.
I never received any follow-up.
I would appreciate it if the panelists were selected accordingly and results were communicated.
The office is located in EGL, typical of any IT company.
