Process
I applied online and received an email from HM stating they wanted to bring me in for an on-site interview for this 3-month summer internship position.
I spoke with the team lead himself, showed him my website, and explained what I learned from school, including the MVC concept.
After that, I received this internship offer.
I will transfer to another team after this summer internship ends without a new interview.
I will convert to full-time after graduation without any new interviews as well.
