- Decent vacation and sick leave.
- Great paternity/maternity leave policy.
- Very little, if any, guidance on how to navigate Big Blue.
- IBM is pretty inflexible about how things work within the acquired organization.
- Either adapt to IBM's way of doing things or move on. They will not change based on your feedback.
Keep your trajectory, but try to get more going inside strategic initiatives. Value your senior employees. People are not cogs.
