Very smart and dedicated group of professionals. Good teamwork, especially among US employees. In spite of all uncertainties, most people have a strong sense of loyalty to the company and its clients.
Lack of career opportunities. One seems to get a lack of direction within the company, and there seems to be a lack of vision on the part of management.
Bring back the innovation and forward thinking that IBM used to be known for.
