- With layoffs every 6-9 months, it is hard to stay motivated and focused.

- Short-sighted obsession with cost cutting and outsourcing.
- No vision for the future, too much red tape.
- This company is simply too big to succeed.
Find a way to motivate people. Fear of losing a job is not a good motivator.
