Great benefits, great people. Those who have only worked at IBM don't have any reason to complain. I think this is one of the greatest companies on the planet.
Too many people who don't have experience outside of IBM shouldn't complain. I have been in many jobs that most cannot handle, and IBM is an awesome company.
Provide honest feedback and do it often. Good or bad, people like to know where they stand, and they don't like surprise evaluations.
