Mostly my manager trusts me and lets me be creative. I really like my work. My coworkers are awesome. Working in downtown SF. There is no more beautiful city in the world!
Sometimes the management seems uptight. The internal processes can be laborious. I'm too close to my co-worker. Mostly, it's good.
Don't dismiss the older employees with experience.
