Pros: Great opportunities in GCG for the growing market, with a proven reputation over the past 20 years.
Cons: The management is too complex. The low salary and welfare lead to less competitiveness compared to other companies, such as Microsoft and Google.

Pros: A really huge global enterprise, full of resources to promote your knowledge and skills in the IT industry. I would still recommend IBM to college graduates because they can learn a lot in this company.
Cons: Very bureaucratic, complex internal process and unreasonable internal regulations which hinder the employee's working performance (for example, PGP installation on every employee's laptop hard disk to encrypt data).
Severe cost savings which have a huge negative impact on the business.
