- The company attaches great importance to continuous learning and further education; you always get sufficient time to learn the right things for your job.
- There is always at least one colleague who can help you answer your questions.
- It does not make a difference whether you are an entrant or a senior professional.
As there are a lot of colleagues working from home, I have not met all colleagues in person.
It can be helpful that more colleagues are working in the office, because this is essential in IT.
Meanwhile, it is important where a company is investing and how it is doing this.
