Pros: Good exposure to old and outdated technologies.
Get to learn IBM developed or proprietary products (it may or may not benefit customers).
Flexible working hours.
Unlimited sick leaves.
Cons: A good manager makes a good company, and the rest are in IBM. No HR policies; oops, there are no HR. Working hours are so flexible that you are expected to be available 24/7, like you don’t have a life apart from the office. Of course, you need those unlimited sick leaves now with such a pathetic work culture.
