For old-timers or people working for a longer period, like more than a decade, growth may seem slow, but this is how all IT consulting firms operate.
And sometimes, work-life balance is a challenge.
Respect the people who give decades of hard work and personal time to build the reputation of themselves as well as the organisation.
People working for longer periods are taken for granted. This is not good practice.

IBM Interview Experiences
Application Architect
It was quite simple and fast. It started with an HR/Recruiter Discussion, followed by a Technical/Functional Discussion around the experience, and then concluded with a Hiring Manager Discussion. The offer letter was also released pretty fast.
Application Architect
Good. The questions were mostly related to AWS and Java. The questions were mostly on the design side, so if you have good hands-on experience, you can crack the interview easily.
Software Engineer
The compiler did not work, which was bad. I was happy to make it through. MCQs were asked as well, with both multiple-choice and multiple-select options available.
