Great place to work. Good work-life balance. No hidden variables; you get what you see in the offer letter.
Very few onsite opportunities, as most of the onsite countries have their own IBM office with a local workforce.
It was quite simple and fast. It started with an HR/Recruiter Discussion, followed by a Technical/Functional Discussion around the experience, and then concluded with a Hiring Manager Discussion. The offer letter was also released pretty fast.
Good. The questions were mostly related to AWS and Java. The questions were mostly on the design side, so if you have good hands-on experience, you can crack the interview easily.
The interview process consists of three rounds: 1. Coding round 2. English test round 3. Interview (took place the next day after the two preceding rounds) Each round includes elimination. You must pass each individual level to move forward.
