Good company
Good company
Good company for its name and learning opportunities.
Unfortunately, career progression within IBM is obscure. In consulting, it's bureaucratic; you need to log hours, future hours, projected points, etc.

Application Architect
It was quite simple and fast. It started with an HR/Recruiter Discussion, followed by a Technical/Functional Discussion around the experience, and then concluded with a Hiring Manager Discussion. The offer letter was also released pretty fast.
Application Architect
Good. The questions were mostly related to AWS and Java. The questions were mostly on the design side, so if you have good hands-on experience, you can crack the interview easily.
Cloud Migration Engineer
They called me twice. One interview was for technical questions and the other was about English skills. The interview process was very fast. However, the process to send the documents took at least 2 months.
