Excellent work culture, learning opportunity, and space needed to grow.
Salary compensation is insulting, even for higher management. You don't get paid very well.
If you work in a CIC, a 100% remote work environment is not possible or allowed.
Also, I've watched dev teams argue/fight and talk down to each other over the course of sprints. The culture that is taught versus practiced seems to have a thick gap.
