Worst company to join for any level - mainly IKEA cluster
Nothing to add in pro.
No hike for the first year in the company.
After that, they have given a 3% hike, which is very less compared to any company.
No work-life balance.
No consideration when falling sick due to stretch work.
No recognition for work we do.
Management politics is high.
Poor resource planning and dumping full work on one resource.
There will be one TL and one resource for one project, and that one resource has to do all development, maintenance, and application testing, which is too much to handle.
Zero team activities and no team bondings.
No support from any people in the company.
There is no site to give feedback on the team level and management level.
Plan resources properly and balance workloads. Give employees some personal time.
