Excellent work environment. Respectful. Egalitarian. Very good and easy to access internship. Christmas bonus. Profit sharing. Employee bonuses. IBM really cares about how the employee feels. You can change your role and they will train you for it, but changing your salary is more complicated.
Growth within the company is a bit slow. The consultation plan is not that good.
