IBM is the best place to work
Higher management is quite supportive and encouraging. Work-life balance is good. It's a really good place for moms to be, with great support from management and the team. I even got considered for a hike while I was on maternity leave. Thank you, IBM. Projects are good, and team members are knowledgeable and helpful.
I don't find any cons, as such.
Thank you for making a very comfortable place to work. Please provide permanent WFH if possible.
