Hybrid mode; some are still in HO (you can ask for it).
Sometimes you do more than expected, and sometimes that effort is not recognized. You need to create teams that are not only robots that work; they need to relax. I mean, more engagement, even if it's HO.
My actual manager is the best! I know there are some managers who are not impartial. It would be great to create a survey for managers on how much they know about the career path of each employee assigned to them, and how they are supporting them.
