As not specified in the title, the company is divided into 2 fronts: one with internal projects and the other with consulting for external client projects. One hears very good things about the internal projects. As for the external ones, disorganization and lack of clarity in processes are predominant. It is no exaggeration to say that they are 2 distinct companies, as IBM itself organizes internally in this way.
