There are good bonuses and "Blue Points" provided by people managers for good work, and by IBM itself on a yearly basis. Later, you can shop or purchase Amazon, Flipkart, or any other brand voucher by spending these Blue Points.

The interview process has three rounds: Technical, Managerial, and HR. In the Technical round, questions will be asked on your technical skillset, your projects, and objects you have worked on.
Phase 1: After submitting your application, you will be invited to complete an online Coding Assessment. It is made up of two LeetCode questions in 60 minutes. It is all about data structures and algorithms.
There was one technical round, which was conducted over the phone, and one manager/HR round that took around 15 minutes. The result was mailed within 2 days. It was a fast process, and an offer was given within a week.
