- Company culture is very good.
- Salary is slightly above average when compared to other service-based MNCs.
For tier 2 locations, projects are not very good.
Management is already doing a very good job at maintaining the culture and ethics. They'll slowly bring good projects into Tier 2 locations also, I believe.
