Pros: There are opportunities to grow, although very slow. There is quite a bit of staff turnover and, therefore, it is not very difficult to jump to new technologies within the company if you get bored with what you do.
Cons: As a consultant, it's very common to lose work-life balance to complete IBM courses when working through a VM.
