Good company to start, but not so good to stay.
IBM offers various benefits and, thanks to its great name, allows all IBMers to be recognized not only in Brazil but also worldwide. It also contributes greatly to the learning of people who have recently entered the professional world.
Unfortunately, the career plan leaves much to be desired. I have several former colleagues who left IBM because, in addition to not being recognized, they didn't have a good outlook for their future careers.
