I am a graduate hire through an on-campus placement. It was a women's drive by IBM, so the process was easy and the selection process was simple. First round: Aptitude Second round: HackerRank coding Third round: HR round

The interview process consists of three rounds: 1. Coding round 2. English test round 3. Interview (took place the next day after the two preceding rounds) Each round includes elimination. You must pass each individual level to move forward.
