Company work-life balance is good and they spend well on learning.
Project managers are useless guys most of the time. They will remove you from a project without any notice or information. The worst behavior can be expected, and they will tell you it's procedure, nothing personal. They are using WhatsApp to carry on business, which is against business conduct guidelines.
The CEO should see if guidelines are followed.
