Pros
  • Lots of experienced people to work with. Can learn a lot of things.
  • Work from home available (not in every project).
  • Offers a good salary package, but it's a strategy to catch employees.
  • Has a good brand name, which can earn you some respect.
Cons
  • Almost no hikes.
  • No framework to identify talented employees. Open your mouth and do your advertising. Here, it's called branding and networking.
  • No review meetings happening, not even for namesake.
  • Goal setting and performance review is just nonsense. For most employees, it never happens.
  • You can be transferred to any part of India if projects are not available in your base location. Be ready.
  • If you are in domestic, forget onsite. Confirm it before you join.
Advice to Management
  • Read Cons

Company needs talented employees to make a profit. Otherwise, it sinks. No matter how big it may be!
