- Enormous learning platform
- Very low salary hikes.
- Worst mediclaim policy for parents I have ever come across.
- Hiring less-skilled resources from outside with higher salaries and letting go of existing highly skilled employees by not giving them proper hikes.
Please try to value and retain existing and highly skilled employees. Very good resources leave this organization only because of less salary hikes.
Please increase the budget for the employee salary increment program.
