Pros

Work-life balance.

It's like government jobs.

Leave benefits are good.

Not much work pressure.

No timings.

Cons

Worst onboarding experience. Only secondhand heating AMD processor laptops are given, with a laptop bag that you can buy from a street seller.

No interaction of employees with managers.

In fact, most of them don't know who their managers are.

No HR.

Misutilization of skills.

No respect and value for employees.
