I am scared while applying to IBM. But now, I am happy working at IBM
From the beginning onwards, it was done systematically. Training is very helpful. After training, they will conduct the exam. If you qualify in that exam, they will assign you to the project. I have been working in IBM for 7 months.
Up to now, there have been no issues for me.
