And brand name of the company from outside.

1. Manager will decide your fate (No HR policy).
2. Appraisal and hike will be decided by the manager. You don't have any option to reject the manager's decision.
3. No hike, no promotion, no bonus. Everything is on your manager to decide.
4. No career growth. Your career will be decided by the person called RCM.
5. No work-life balance (very rare projects have WLB).
6. Dumb leads, architecture, and managers. They are not upgraded to the outside market. Very poor IQ.
7. The architecture in IBM I saw had very poor knowledge of designing documents.
8. No party, no yearly gifts, no annual function.
9. Totally wasted 2+ years in IBM as a Java developer.

Please remove unskilled managers, leads, and architecture.
