Decent amenities, not great pay or hike
Amenities are decent, not over the top or amazing, but yeah, good. Plus, there is no fixed in and out time, and the hybrid system is good.
The hike and pay aren't really great. I would suggest keeping your options open and moving to different companies for better pay.
