Very clear visibility of processes like assessments, ratings, etc. Work from home Job security Unlike other software companies, it provides freedom to change projects and technology. A sense of equality: managers, executives, software engineers are all the same. No power maniacs like in Indian MNCs.
The only con is less salary, or in fact, poor salary, being the world's largest software company.
Very less salary hikes.
Work on the salary structure; it's really pathetic in India.
