Pros

One of the best companies in the Fortune 500, it stands at 12. Coming to pros:

  • Work culture is too good to be true.
  • Awesome space and interior.
  • Constant variable pay, shifts are fixed.
  • Lots to learn from process as well as technology.
  • No pressure and stress-free work.
Cons

Two-way transportation is not available (one-way only).

Other than the G1/G2 blocks, other blocks' food is okay (do not expect too much).

Management hierarchy is big, due to which growth will be constant.

Hike and bonus? Forget it. While coming in, if you have a good package, then this won't be a problem.

Advice to Management

Career growth is important. More than that, a hike and bonus, which should satisfy subordinates and peers.

Appreciation is required once in a while.

Keep the happy basement of the triangle rather than satisfying the upper bands.
