There are very pathetic projects where your career might get ruined. All junk work will be dumped. No employee management interaction; you feel you are a contractor. Very poor career & financial growth.
Please increase your employee-centric initiatives. Salary is very bad with zero growth. Inflation is growing faster than your salaries with too many caveats.
