Lots of opportunities to learn new technologies
Employee friendly. You can find a number of ways to learn new technologies from internal IBM websites. These provide badges and certificates also.
Some managers are the worst. They think of their job and never bother about resources under them. They don't encourage them to learn new skills.
If any of the resource is learning new technologies, encourage him to assign some work so that he can learn practical things also. Otherwise, there is no use of providing such huge opportunities to learn new technologies/languages. Without practical application, it's difficult to remember everything.
