Not advisable to continue for more than 2 years
- Work from home flexibility.
- Less hike, no hike at all.
- Onsite only for those who do buttering, senior managers.
- Poor work culture (varies from project to project).
- IBM is focused on just billing and not on how to implement/adapt new technologies.
- No value for those who do actual work, and limelight only for those who spend time in writing ideas which remain forever in Excel sheets.
- Compensate the leaves by doing OT or working on weekends, in short, no leaves.
- No growth.
Please try to value the resources who actually work and stop going after those who just do buttering. Grow up and stop being biased.
