Very good work environment. Scope for good learning. Many certifications. Good initial salary.
Salary increments are null. (3 years straight with no salary increase for me) Zero to very small benefits. No plan for hiring resources with increasing workload. Agile methodologies are used only for the company's benefit. One developer for an entire project and a tester shared across multiple projects.
Please think of employees too. There should be a salary revision every year to compensate for yearly inflation of prices in all sectors so they can survive.
