All depends on the project
When I joined IBM, I got the DBS project. Great learning.
- Very little hike.
- Management will offer a very good amount of hike after putting in notice.
- Bad management in IBM, at least in my project DBS.
Don't give a hike only when people put in their resignation. That is a very bad practice IBM management has.
