Good to work.
If you get internally some project.
Not getting hikes, mostly short-term internal projects.
I got the opportunity to be interviewed at IBM through a pool campus interview. There were basic questions from my projects. The interview had only two rounds: * A technical interview * An HR interview
The face-to-face interview has three rounds: * A technical round (mostly from the resume). * A manager round (roles and responsibilities). * An HR round (same salary as the manager finalized, which would be agreed upon).
It was mainly a technical interview with easy questions, followed by a managerial interview and an HR discussion. The compensation shared was not up to expectation; thus, I had to decline the offer given to me.
