I got the opportunity to be interviewed at IBM through a pool campus interview.
There were basic questions from my projects. The interview had only two rounds:
- A technical interview
- An HR interview

7. Providing good, timely feedback and rewards.
Cons: 1. Less salary and poor hikes for existing employees
2. Poor band management and salary structures within the organization
3. No HR direct involvement, so literally no one to solve any HR-related tasks
4. Much power to higher management
