Manager Specific
WebMethods Profile: I received an email from the IBM recruitment team, and my interview was scheduled. I went there on a Saturday morning, and it took two hours to reach the first interview, which was telephonic. The second interview was a manager
I applied through college. Senior recruiters came to college for the selection process. The interview was easy and helpful, with only two rounds and one face-to-face interview. The two rounds consisted of a basic aptitude test and an English test.
On-Campus Placement 1. Online Assessment (1 easy question - 30 minutes) 2. English Proficiency Test 3. GD (Group of 10: total 15-20 minutes) 4. Interview (All academic projects and related questions - 1 hour)
