Flexible; workload depends upon the project
Flexibility of work from home and an unlimited number of sick leaves. The work environment is good, professional, and work-oriented. All Lenovo laptops are being replaced by MacBooks slowly. This may be just a rumor I heard.
The bigger the organization, the deeper the politics. So if you are unlucky enough to get caught in its clutches, you'll be suppressed and made to look bad.
There's a communication gap between management and employees. Nothing is transparent. The workload depends upon the project requirements.
At least lunch, or perhaps breakfast, should be provided free of cost.
