Pros: Culture and values are great. Great benefits and a stable company. Has good work-life balance. Great employees and company communication style.

Cons: The job search function is easy. However, I never received one call when applying to positions on Glassdoor. I did receive calls for the same positions when they were listed on LinkedIn. As a result, I only use Glassdoor for company reviews. Also, I submitted reviews for former employers. After a few weeks, my posts disappeared. So, I submitted another one. The same thing happened.

Pros: I love the culture here, the values, the collaboration, everything. The training they provide is good. Many other technical certifications you can do without paying any money. IBM collaborates with Microsoft or other companies to make the certifications free for their employees. No one would consider you or treat you as a fresher. You are equally respected and treated among experienced people. You can earn as many badges as you can and learn as many courses as you can from Udemy for free. Yes, you heard me right. IBM will pay all the costs of your certifications.

Cons: Freshers don't get enough technical projects.

Pros: Flexibility of work from home and an unlimited number of sick leaves. The work environment is good, professional, and work-oriented. All Lenovo laptops are being replaced by MacBooks slowly. This may be just a rumor I heard.

Cons: The bigger the organization, the deeper the politics. So if you are unlucky enough to get caught in its clutches, you'll be suppressed and made to look bad. There's a communication gap between management and employees. Nothing is transparent. The workload depends upon the project requirements.
