Threats, abuses, and ganging up against one person are very common.

They can try every possible way to ruin your life. In my case, they isolated me, threatened me, tapped my phone, and kept harassing me (mentally and sexually). When I tried reaching out, I was abused and ignored.
STOP your company. It's not worth killing freshers who haven't done anything wrong.
